• Ying Cao is the founder of Ying Cao Law LLC in the Greater New York area of the United States, and the Secretary General of the Corporate Business Committee of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Bar Association. She is licensed to practice Law in New York and New Jersey. Yin Cao Law LLC's main business practices include: H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2/E-3 and all the other working visas, EB-2/3 professional immigration, EB-1C business immigration, EB-1A/EB-1B, NIW outstanding talent immigration, EB-5 investment immigration, MNC Structure, corporation law, commercial and residential real estate, commercial Litigation, etc. Ying has worked for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Pryor Cashman LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP. • Clay Zhu has been practicing law in the United States for 19 years since 2000. He has been licensed in California, Oregon, the U.S. District Court of California, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of the United States and other places. He is currently the chief partner and attorney of DeHeng Law Firm's Silicon Valley office. Clay has been working at large US law firms in Silicon Valley and San Francisco for a long time, focusing on cross-border investment and mergers, compliance of US companies and other fields. He has also served as senior legal counsel for international institutions such as the World Bank. He has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, China Economic Review and other well-known medias, and delivered keynote speeches at Columbia University, New York University, the World Bank, the Council on Foreign Relations and other well-known institutions. Clay has long focused on high-tech investment, acquisition and compliance issues of Chinese companies in the United States. He has assisted Chinese companies and funds to complete more than $9 billion investments in the fields of chips, unmanned vehicles, new energy, artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and biopharmaceuticals in the United States. Clay has accumulated rich experience in export control, overseas investment review, intellectual property transaction and other fields. On behalf of Chinese enterprises, he has negotiated with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Treasury and other organizations for many times and achieved compliance plans, which greatly reduced the compliance risks for Chinese clients in the United States. Clay has also served as the appointed attorney for many private organizations and think tanks in the field of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-tech, including the California U.S. China Trade Promotion Council, the Silicon Valley Chinese Engineers Association, and the Sino-US High-Tech Annual Investment Summit.

• Zhiming Wang is the founding attorney of Pacific Coast Trial Law Firm and a senior trial lawyer specializing in personal injury law. Licensed in California and New York, he holds admission to the California Supreme Court and U.S. Federal Courts. With extensive litigation and negotiation experience, he has successfully handled over 2,000 personal injury claims, securing more than $60 million in settlements and verdicts. • Zhidong Wang, founder and managing partner at Wang, Leonard, Condon & Seyfried, is a nationally acclaimed attorney embarking on his third decade of serving the Chinese community nationwide. Growing up in China during the Cultural Revolution, Z taught himself a variety of subjects with whatever books he could lay his hands on. By 1987, Z had successfully completed his master’s program in International Relations in Beijing. Having achieved the epitome of what he could accomplish in China, Z came to the United States with little money and a wealth of determination. In 1994, Z graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School then in 1996 opened the doors to his own law firm, Z. Wang & Associates after a two-year service with a big firm in Chicago. From 1996 to 2004, Z‘s law practice focused primarily on immigration law and his China practice. He has assisted thousands from the Asian Community with their immigration, real estate and business transactions. His China practice grew along with his reputation as hundreds of Asian companies have sought his advice and counsel on the implementation of business start-ups in the United States as well as U.S. companies with their market entry ventures into China. During the past two decades, Z has expanded the firm’s practice to civil litigation, criminal trials, real estate, business transaction, and corporate matters. • “Echo” Meisheng King is an immigration attorney in Orlando Florida. She co-founded and serves as the president of FAAJA, Florida Asian American Justice Alliance, a state-wide non-profit organization dedicated to promoting justice and equality for the AAPI community. Born and raised in China of Korean Chinese heritage, Echo earned her Bachelor of Law degree, majoring in political science. She has called the U.S. her home for over two decades. After earning her J.D. degree, she dedicated her career to immigration law. Passionate about assisting immigrants to achieve their American dreams and supporting small businesses to flourish. FAAJA has been at the forefront of the battle against SB 264, a discriminatory law that restricts people from specific countries from purchasing properties.

• Hongwei Shang, Esq., is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Hongwei Shang, LLC, with a distinguished legal career spanning immigration law, anti-money laundering compliance, and international arbitration. She is a dedicated advocate for legal excellence and a trusted counsel for various community organizations. Ms. Shang holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, an M.A. from the University of South Florida, and a B.A. from Capital Normal University. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Florida-China Association. Throughout her career, Ms. Shang has received numerous accolades, including the Judge Alexander Paskay Bankruptcy Award and recognition in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She has also demonstrated outstanding legal advocacy skills in international arbitration, earning top honors at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, including the Frederic Eisemann Award (2nd place) and the Werner Melis Award (3rd place). Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Shang serves as legal counsel for the Contemporary Chinese School of South Florida, Miami Campus, and the Chinese Association of Science, Education, and Culture of South Florida.

• Qiaojing Ella Zheng is the Managing Partner of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices and Chair of the firm’s Asian American Litigation and Finance Practice Group. Recognized as a Law360 Rising Star and an Asian Leader Worth Watching, Ella has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star annually since 2016 and is among the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in California. Her practice spans employment law, whistleblower litigation, and financial regulatory matters. • Xin Tao is a partner at Baker McKenzie and a leading expert in healthcare and life sciences regulatory law, serving on the North America Steering Committee for Healthcare & Life Sciences and chairing the firm’s U.S. Healthcare and Life Science Regulatory Practice. • Tom Tong focuses his practice on representing Chinese companies in their “going overseas” strategic investments in the U.S., including complex acquisitions, litigation, and dispute resolution. He seamlessly bridges the legal, economic, and cultural landscapes of both the U.S. and China. In transactional matters, Tom has represented numerous Chinese companies in establishing manufacturing facilities and distribution centers in the U.S., as well as acquiring U.S.-based companies across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and engineering. He also advises Chinese clients in the acquisition of U.S. real estate and oil and gas interests. As one of the few senior bilingual attorneys who has experienced the full life cycle of Chinese investment in the U.S., Tom is well-positioned to identify key risk points in advance—especially for clients new to the U.S. market. In litigation and arbitration, Tom represents several prominent Chinese companies and individuals in U.S. legal matters involving breach of exclusivity, fiduciary duties, payment obligations, product defects, non-compete agreements, and other contractual or tort claims.
